How it works

  1. Tell us about your agency

    Complete the enquiry form with high-level information about your agency, the number and type of websites you manage and the work you regularly need help delivering.

  2. We confirm the working arrangement

    We agree the communication channel, who can submit requests, how priorities will be managed and the proposed start date. We’ll also discuss any complex or business-critical client websites.

  3. Onboarding and access

    Once we’ve agreed to work together, we’ll collect the relevant website and access information securely. We can then become familiar with your websites and workflows.

  4. Your capacity is ready

    Once onboarding is complete and the retainer begins, your team can submit requests through the agreed Slack channel or email address. Work is reviewed, prioritised and progressed.
