If the volume of advisory requests becomes more substantial, we will discuss this with you rather than simply starting to deduct capacity.

No. Reserved development capacity resets each month.

Your monthly fee reserves that capacity and availability for your agency whether you use all of it or not. This allows us to manage capacity reliably across our agency partners rather than operating a bank of accumulated prepaid time.

Additional development days can be booked for £650 per day, subject to availability.

If a request is particularly large or would be better handled separately, we can instead scope and quote it as an individual project.

We will discuss this with you before work goes beyond your included monthly capacity.

Depending on the request, we may use the remaining capacity and continue the following month, add additional development days, or treat the work as a separately scoped project.

Yes. Tell us when something is urgent and explain the impact.

Your plan determines the priority given to requests, but urgent work is still subject to developer availability and the nature of the problem.

Priority Partner includes our highest level of partner priority and same-working-day triage where possible.

Emergency evening, weekend and bank-holiday support is not included within the monthly plans and is quoted separately.

No. They are planning targets for appropriately sized requests where we have the information, access and decisions needed to proceed.

The complexity of the work, third-party dependencies and the size of the request can all affect delivery.

You communicate directly with the senior developer responsible for the work. There is no account manager or project-management layer passing technical information between you and the person actually delivering it.

All agency support work is delivered on behalf of your agency.

Your client relationship stays yours, and we remain behind the scenes unless client-facing involvement has been specifically agreed with you in advance.

We do not use your client relationships to market our own services.

Our normal relationship is directly with your agency. If it would be useful for us to join a technical call, workshop or client conversation, we can do so with your agreement and in the role you have agreed with us.

We can also help with troubleshooting, performance, code review, funnels and ongoing development across existing projects.

We may need access to websites, hosting, source-code repositories, staging environments, third-party platforms or other systems involved in the request.

We will only ask for the access needed to carry out the agreed work and will confirm requirements before starting.

Your reserved development capacity can be used across agreed client websites, stores, applications and projects rather than being tied to a single client.

This is one of the main reasons the plans work well for agencies with varied technical requirements.

One-off development starts from £300 and is a good way to work with us on a defined task or project before deciding whether ongoing reserved capacity would be useful.

Monthly agency partners receive priority access to available development capacity.

Agency partnerships begin with an initial three-month period. After that, the arrangement continues on a rolling monthly basis and can be ended with 30 days' written notice.

This gives both sides enough time to establish a working relationship and understand the level of development capacity your agency actually needs.

If you regularly need more or less capacity than your current plan provides, we can discuss moving to another partnership level.

The aim is to keep the amount of reserved capacity appropriate to the way your agency is actually using the service.
