How it works

  1. Tell us how your agency works

    Complete the enquiry form with high-level information about your agency, your internal team, the client work you expect us to support and the level of technical involvement you need. We’ll review the requirement and confirm 4 reserved development days is appropriate.

  2. We agree how we fit into your team

    We agree roles, communication channel, how priorities are managed, urgent request process, deployment, client-facing involvement, any approval or QA process and how capacity will be reviewed.

  3. Onboarding and technical familiarisation

    We securely collect the access information we need and take time to understand your workflow, client systems and any business-critical dependencies.

  4. We become part of your delivery workflow

    Once the retainer begins, your team submits and prioritises work through the agreed channel. We maintain visibility over active work and capacity while becoming familiar with your client projects.
